The target of this team is a continuous relationship with the customer & receiving their views, proposals & or criticisms towards the product.

The mentioned team while programming the reference date for the customer attends at their places and takes measure on obtaining their views through special questionnaires and provides the customers & others with the possibilities to have a good relationship with the company.

The proposals, defects & objections presented, then, transfer to the related organizations such as researches & promotion, engineering, etc.
